Reading With Young Children

The goal of the Reading With Young Children course is to introduce storytelling as a critical component of children's development across all domains. This course will provide early care and learning professionals with strategies that promote storytelling throughout the day, during circle time, and with individual children. This course will also explore strategies for selecting books for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school agers and techniques for extending learning beyond story time.
