FCCLH Pre-Service Course

1 CEU | Comparable Price | Pre-licensure training course on the basics of the day-to-day operations of running a licensed Family Child Care Home. This training allows participants to identify methods to build a relationship with parents/guardians and get them involved with children learning and development at home and in a group setting. Participants will understand how to observe and assess young children successfully in a group setting and create a curriculum around each individual child. This training includes identifying ways to be professional and prevent unethical behavior when working with others such as co-workers, children, and families. It also, allows participants to identify learning opportunities and methods to commitment to ongoing learning and development. During this training participants will be able to identify the different stages of a child development from the birth to school age. Last, this training will help those who plan to open a child care program by given them information and resources needed to start and maintain a business.
