Active Supervision in Child Care Programs

The goal of the Active Supervision in Child Care Programs course is to provide an overview of active supervision in a proactive way to create safer environments for children in child care programs. The course will discuss specific approaches of observing and evaluating the child care environment, review planning resources, and identify strategies to develop and implement active supervision plans. It will also demonstrate the process of embedding reflective practices as part of professional growth around active supervision.
